The refund timeline is strictly based on the refund policy as given below:
Once enrolment is complete, the student is advised to approach the Admin at PMI Mumbai Chapter office (admin@pmimumbaichapter.org or info@pmimumbaichapter.org) for refund with a written request duly signed by the student mentioning the registration reference. The written request shall also mention the amount, date of payment and the mode of payment attaching a copy of the receipt of such payment.
Cancellation or Rescheduling fees:
- For cancellations or reschedule before 7 days from the start of the program – 25% of the registration fee.
- For all cancellations or reschedule up to 7 days before or after the start of the program – 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellation or reschedule requests received after 7 days from the start date of the program will not be entertained.
- Requests for partial cancellation or rescheduling will not be entertained.
- Request for cancellation via oral communication, social media messages is not accepted.
- The refund of money will be transferred to student's account only by NEFT. Student must provide the correct details of his/her account.
- The PMI Mumbai Chapter will not be responsible for the change/ misrepresentation of account information, as received and confirmed by you.
- Any request for a refund after the above said period will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Any dispute with regard to registration, eligibility, fees, refund, etc., shall be within the legal jurisdiction of Mumbai only.

we receive your email with the screenshot of completed payment, your full name, email id and contact details.

PMI Certification Exam Fees:
- All PMI Certification Exams are conducted by PMI and the fees are collected by PMI.
- PMI Mumbai Chapter cannot collect PMI Certification Exam fee.

Annual Membership Fees:
- PMI Membership and PMI Mumbai Chapter Membership fees are collected by PMI.

- PMI Mumbai Chapter cannot collect membership fees.
- We strongly recommend becoming a member of PMI since besides the savings in attending this program the savings in the exam fee will more than offset the membership fee. Being a member of PMI before taking the exam is an advantage from the monetary point of view. Also, one can have access to various study material, articles, knowledge sharing sessions and many more.
