The workshop on ‘Project Mt Everest’ promises to take you through this unique journey in Himalayas where the team endeavored to overcome unfathomable situations in the face of ‘Dead Zone’, extreme challenges, hostile terrain, unforeseen dangers and dynamically changing scenarios, to scale the forbidden peak. The experiences fluctuate from nearly unbearable lows to ecstatic highs. This project involved management of lack of Oxygen, high altitude leadership, death phobia, risk mitigation, human behavior, decision making, mind control, perseverance, etc, The management of risk related to high altitude dangers can metaphorically be linked to our daily life, projects and organization we work for.
This Indian Naval expedition ‘Sagar Se Sagarmatha’ was a unique expedition to the highest peak in the world Mt Everest, which created a number of world records.
